The association collects and processes safety data solely for statistical benchmarking purposes. All data is submitted anonymously via this secure online tool and is aggregated before any analysis or reporting. No company-specific, commercially sensitive, or forward-looking information is collected or disclosed. Results are only published where a sufficient number of participants ensures that individual company data cannot be identified or inferred. The process is designed in accordance with applicable competition laws, including EU and US antitrust principles, and follows the association’s internal compliance policy. No raw data is accessible to members or the association.
